Privacy Policy

1.1. Information you provide:

(a) Account information: your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number. We use passwordless sign in, so we verify you with a one time passcode rather than storing a password.

(b) Order information: the products you view and order, quantities, delivery or pickup details, delivery addresses, and zip codes.

(c) Payment information: when you pay by card, your card details are collected and processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We may retain limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits, and a payment token to process and reconcile your orders.

(d) Communications: messages you send to us, and content you submit to our in app assistant.

(e) Business or tax information: such as a tax exemption certificate, if you provide one.

1.2. Information collected automatically:

(a) Usage and device data: how you interact with the Services, app version, device type, and similar technical information.

(b) Push notification tokens: an identifier used to deliver order and account notifications to your device.

1.3. Information from address lookup. When you type an address, we may use a mapping and address suggestion service to help you complete it accurately. Your partial address input is sent to that service to return suggestions.

We use the information we collect to:

(a) create and manage your account and verify your identity through one time passcodes;

(b) process, prepare, deliver, and invoice your orders;

(c) take and reconcile payments, including deferred and net term billing where applicable;

(d) send transactional messages by email, text message, and push notification, such as verification codes, order and delivery updates, invoices, and payment links;

(e) provide customer support and respond to your requests;

(f) operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including our in app assistant;

(g) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and

(h) comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3.1. Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us run the Services, only as needed to perform their functions. These include providers for: (a) cloud backend, database, and application hosting; (b) payment processing; (c) text message (SMS) and one time passcode delivery; (d) email delivery; (e) accounting and invoicing; (f) push notification delivery; (g) address suggestion and mapping; and (h) our in app assistant feature.

3.2. Delivery. We share delivery details, such as your address and order contents, with our delivery personnel to fulfill your order.

3.3. Legal and protection. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Plaztigo, our customers, or others, or to enforce our Terms.

3.4. Business transfers. If Plaztigo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

3.5. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

We send transactional messages that are necessary to operate your account and orders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent. You can control push notifications in your device settings, but disabling essential messages such as verification codes may prevent you from using the Services.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and afterward as required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including passwordless one time passcode sign in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.1. California residents. Subject to applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may have the right to: (a) know and access the personal information we have collected about you; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate personal information; and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Because we do not sell or share your personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out of those activities.

7.2. How to exercise your rights. Email us at info@plaztigo.com. We will verify your request, typically by confirming control of the email address or phone number on your account, before responding. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Services may link to or rely on third party services, such as a payment provider. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Plaztigo operates in the United States, and the Services are intended for use in our service area. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
